Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period.

Rentals

A rented title can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase provided playback has not started. Once you begin watching, the rental is final.

Failed playback

If a title would not play because of a fault on our side, contact support with the title name and the time you tried to watch. Verified cases are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
